Do Exhibitors have access to all conference activities?

YES! Exhibitors have access to all meals, educational sessions and workshops, and networking opportunities and receptions.

Does WIT sell its attendee list?

NO, it is a Sponsor or Exhibitor deliverable! If you receive inquiries from a third party to purchase our attendee list, please be aware that WIT does not sell our conference attendee list to outside parties (sponsors and exhibitors do receive the attendee list prior to the conference as part of their deliverables). WIT has no recourse on behalf of anyone who has purchased a list supposedly from WIT through a third party. These inquiries are misleading solicitations to WIT鈥檚 sponsors, exhibitors and attendees, which are not authorized by WIT.

What is the Sponsor/Exhibitor Participant Policy?

Only one individual Operating Unit/Subsidiary is allowed per Exhibitor/Booth package, unless there is an overarching Parent Company entity that is identified as the overall Sponsor or Exhibitor. Companies in an allied or partner relationship will be treated as separate exhibitors or sponsors, and will be required to pay appropriately. Individual packages can be negotiated to accommodate unique situations accordingly.

What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?

A request for cancellation of a sponsor and/or exhibit space contract must be made in writing and received by Carleen Herndon of Women In 午夜视频 at Carleen@womenintrucking.org. A full refund, less 50% for cancellation penalty, will be made to the exhibitor or sponsor for any cancellations received in writing prior to June 6, 2025. The sponsor or exhibitor will be liable for 100% of commitment if cancellation is made after this date.

Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations are the sole responsibility of the sponsor or exhibitor.
