At the heart of ADM ÎçÒ¹ÊÓƵ’s strength is the remarkable contribution women make across the entire organization. From the driver’s seat of the truck to office staff and leadership teams, all the way to the railways and open water — we operate as one team, with the end goal of serving our customers. These women bring dedication, resilience, and fresh perspectives that drive our operations forward every day. Whether navigating the open road or leading strategic initiatives, their commitment and expertise not only fuel our day-to-day success but also shape the future of our company. We’re proud to celebrate the role women play in powering our progress and strengthening our culture of excellence.

From engineering bays to office spaces, from innovation labs to customer support desks—we wear our roles and our branded gear with pride. Each face in this photo represents a different part of Volvo Group's journey. Some of us design the systems that power our vehicles. Others solve technical challenges to keep the wheels turning. Some guide customer needs, others build the future through digital solutions and sustainable ideas. All of us share one thing: a deep love for the impact our industry makes. Whether we’re behind the scenes or on the front lines, each voice, each skillset, and each perspective adds horsepower to our shared purpose.
We don’t just build trucks.
We support people.
We keep economies moving.
We connect communities.
And we do it—together.

Reflections of a Legacy
This photo captures a quiet but powerful moment—me sitting in the driver’s seat of a truck, looking into the side mirror where the reflection of Ruby Schilling appears. Ruby, the wife of Fraley and Schilling’s original owner, Earl Schilling, has been a constant presence and influential force in the company since its earliest days. Her dedication, strength, and steady involvement have helped shape the culture and values we carry forward today.
For me, this image is more than just a reflection—it’s a reminder of the legacy she represents and the inspiration she continues to provide. In an industry where leadership and perseverance matter, Ruby’s presence in that mirror symbolizes the path she’s helped pave, and the vision we strive to honor every day.

Heart Like a Truck
Detroit Diesel is Daimler Trucks Powertrain Facility in Detroit Michigan. We have a large Women's Interactive Network (with both women and men members). We chose this picture as women are integral within the company and supported by our male colleagues (women are the heart of Detroit).
Secondly, we chose this theme since powertrain is the heart of a truck. Our CEO Karin Radstrom, who succeeded Martin Daum in October 2024, is holding the heart sign.
Winners will receive a feature in our Redefining the Road magazine, a special recognition reception at the 2025 Accelerate! Conference, highlighted on social media, and in our eNewsletter.
