WIT Connections

Mentoring and networking to help you build lasting relationships and advance your career.

Mentoring and Networking
Relationship building from the driver's seat to the c-suite.

is your place to share experiences, grow meaningful relationships, and build your network. WIT members can participate in one-on-one mentorship, develop connections in networking groups, participate in virtual meetings, or make connections in person. Whatever your goals, WIT Connections has opportunities to help you succeed.

  • Networking Groups are member driven, with a facilitator to guide discussions, develop topics of interest, schedule meetings, and manage the flow of conversations. Members share open discussions with industry peers to explore ideas, solve problems and advance their careers and the profession. Groups are based on interests, location, or industry topic.
  • One-On-One Connections provide a more personal experience. Members can connect for personalized guidance, support, and professional growth through regular, meaningful conversations.
  • Connections: Unplugged is an online community for members to connect for spontaneous in-person meetups. Visit the  to join or email membership@womenintrucking.org.
  • Connections Mixers are quarterly webinars where members can learn more about mentorship and networking. This is your chance to make connections, participate in a live discussion, and hear from members who have used WIT Connections. Register for the next mixer.

Get ready to connect, learn, and lead alongside an incredible community of trucking professionals!

Many of us had to find our way to ‘fit in.' A mentor may have experienced something similar and can share her experience, enabling others to see how she worked through the issues.
