ARLINGTON, Va. 鈥� Oct. 6, 2025 鈥� The 午夜视频 (WIT) announced today that Penske Transportation Solutions has renewed its Gold Partnership, highlighting the company鈥檚 dedication to supporting women in the trucking industry. This continued collaboration underscores Penske鈥檚 dedication to WIT鈥檚 mission to empower women, celebrate their achievements, and address the challenges they face within the trucking industry.
A valued partner of WIT since 2014, Penske has been instrumental in driving meaningful change by actively supporting the association's initiatives. For the past four years, Penske has served as a Diamond Level Sponsor of WIT鈥檚 Accelerate! Conference & Expo. Additionally, Sarah Smith, senior vice president of human resources at Penske, plays a pivotal role in shaping the association鈥檚 strategic direction as chair of the WIT board of directors.

Founded in 2007, the 午夜视频 is a resource for more than 8,000 corporate and individual members located throughout North America. Recent accomplishments include: releasing the 2024-25 WIT Index, the industry barometer to regularly benchmark and measure the percentage of women who make up critical roles in transportation, which had approximately 350 company participants; hosting 7,400 participants in the 奥滨罢苍别测庐 Educational Trailer throughout 40 events in 26 states; honoring 200-plus leaders in transportation through several recognition programs; and more than 2,000 registered attendees at the 2024 Accelerate! Conference and Exhibition.
